How does it work?
Once you choose to purchase Elevate and provide your details, an email will be sent to the email address you provided with a link to download and save a PDF of Elevate.
How many downloads are included in the purchase price?
We know most people use multiple devices, so for your convenience Elevate can be downloaded and saved on 3 unique devices.
Will my download link expire?
Your download link will expire 1 year from the date of purchase or once 3 downloads have been made. Be sure to save Elevate to your device once it has been downloaded.
Can I use Elevate on my smart phone?
Yes! Elevate has been optimized for viewing on your smart phone.
Can I print Elevate?
Yes! Elevate actually includes tons of printable resources that we encourage you to print at the beginning of your party planning process. The entire Elevate book is lengthy though, so we do not recommend printing it in its entirety. Rather, we recommend saving it to your device for future reference.
How long do I get to keep Elevate?
Once purchased and downloaded to your device, it’s yours to keep with no expiration date.
How does it work?
Have a look through our rental catalogues, including our Rental Collections, Showstoppers and A La Carte items. When you see an item you’d like to rent, click the Contact Us button and complete the form. If you are inquiring about more than one item we ask that you list all items in the form so you only need to submit once. We will get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your request
What length of time is the rental price based on?
Our rental prices are based on a 24 hour period. Meaning, the item can be picked up the day before or morning of the party and returned the next day. Additional time can be added for a fee.
Do you deliver?
Our Rental Collections as well as Showstopper pieces that require set-up or need extra care are delivered and the cost of delivery will be included on your quote. A La Carte items are available for pick up or can be delivered for a fee.
Do you offer set up?
The Showstopper pieces that require intricate set-up will include this fee as part of your quote.
Rental Collections and A La Carte rental items can be set up by Bronze + Vine for an additional fee. For your convenience, we include our set up guides with inspiration photos and detailed instructions, making DIY set up a breeze.

What is a Rental Collection?
Our carefully designed Rental Collections include all the tabletop decor you need to create a beautiful tablescape. Each Collection includes table linens, centerpiece, plate chargers or placemats. How long is the rental period?
Rentals are based on a per day basis. The Rental Collection will be delivered and set up the morning/afternoon of your party and picked up the following day.
Do you set-up the rental collection for me?
Yes! Your gift certificate includes one of our regular or seasonal collections and includes delivery, set-up, and pick up.
How to I redeem my gift certificate?
To redeem your gift certificate simply email email@example.com with your name, contact info, and preferred rental date. We will coordinate with you on all the details of your rental, including: time, date, your favourite collection, delivery, set-up and pick up.
Do I have to sign a rental agreement?
Yes, when finalizing your booking a standard rental agreement will need to be reviewed and signed.
Can I add-on additional items?
Yes! We have a variety of decor pieces that can be added to your Rental Collection including backdrops, beverage service items and complimenting decor. Check out the Showstopper and A La Carte pages on our website to view other items we have available. Any items rented in addition to the Rental Collection would be charged at our regular rates. Additional set-up fees may apply.
